Sign language courses for adults, various locations
Irish Sign Language is fast becoming an essential skill for all Irish adults.
Irish Sign Language in the preferred and/or first language of more than 5000 deaf people in Ireland, and used by approximately 40,000 people, including family, co-workers and friends, to communicate with and within the deaf community. Sign Languages are recognised as full languages with their onw complex linguistic structure, including distinct grammar, sentence structure and rules. Sign language uses not only the hands, but also the body and face.
Where to find sign language night classes for adults
