Enjoy the benefits African Drumming; join a class today
African Drumming has quickly become on of the most popular music instrument courses offered by our member schools. But drumming isn't just about music for music's sake. African drumming, and the enchanting sounds and rhythms of African percussion instruments, can help alleviate stress and generally enhance mood. With each person responsible for a particular beat of the overall music, it is also a great social and group bonding activity.
Combine the entrancing rhythms of djembé hand-drums, deep dundun stick drums and traditional hand-held percussion instruments as you get a buzz in a small supportive group. Instruments are normally provided and beginners are welcome. No previous music experience or skills are required. In fact, a sense of rhythm is somewhat optional!
